Sean Burnotes is an associate in the firm's litigation group and concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation, but also has experience in securities fraud, franchise and trademark litigation. Mr. Burnotes received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 1999 from Stetson University College of Law, where he was elected Articles & Symposia Editor of the Stetson Law Review and was invited to join Phi Delta Phi, Stetson's only honorary fraternity.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Burnotes clerked for the Honorable Lacey A. Collier, District Judge, United States Court for the Northern District of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 1995.
Mr. Burnotes is a member of the Florida bar and has been admitted to practice in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United State Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. |
