Michael I. Feldman is a Partner in the Miami Office of Krinzman, Huss, Lubetsky, Feldman & Hotte. As a commercial litigator, Michael frequently advises financial institutions, real estate developers, title insurance companies, entrepreneurs, businesses, and individuals on complex commercial and real estate litigation matters in Florida, State and Federal Courts as well as in Arbitration.  In addition to being a commercial litigator, a portion of his practice is devoted to serving as a mediator,  Special Magistrate,  Guardian Ad Litem, or other Court appointed position. 

Examples of the types of cases Michael handles are complex business disputes, including but not limited to, shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial foreclosures, commercial evictions (he has prosecuted over 100 of these types of disputes), real property disputes, lender liability, banking litigation, creditor’s rights, construction litigation and general breach of contract claims.  Michael also has experience in litigating premises liability, insurance coverage, and auto negligence cases.  Additionally, he handles all aspects of commercial lease transactions, which he has lectured on for the National Business Institute.

Michael is Martindale-Hubbell “AV Peer Review Rated.”  He has been continually recognized by his peers in Florida Trend Magazine and Super lawyers Magazine as an outstanding attorney in his areas of practice.  He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Michael is also a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Mediator. 

Michael obtained his JD and MBA degrees from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami. 

Michael’s activities in the community include, but are not limited to, serving on the Miami Beach Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, being former member and Vice-Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee Region 11(A), assisting the Kushner Family in the formation of the John E. Kushner Family Foundation to help the Kushner’s create a partnership with the Alpha-1 Foundation to promote awareness about Alpha-1’s disease, and serving as a mentor for the University of Miami Business School. Michael has been involved with Business Networking International (BNI) for over ten years and is currently a member of the BNI Synergy Chapter, where he served three terms as President.
