Randi Franz is an associate attorney in the firm's litigation group and concentrates her practice on real estate and commercial litigation matters.  She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University. 

Following law school, Ms. Franz served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County for over five years, where she tried numerous jury trials and gained extensive experience with in-court motion practice.
