Michael J. Henderson earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1996, and obtained his Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University in 2001. While in attendance, he was a member of the school's nationally ranked #1 trial team.
Upon graduation, Mr. Henderson served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Michael spent his first two years of practice handling defense litigation at Holland & Knight LLP in Tampa, Florida and, thereafter, he relocated to Washington D.C. where he specialized in complex commercial litigation at a boutique litigation firm.
He has since moved back to Florida and now handles complex litigation matters involving financial services, real estate, title insurance, foreclosures, landlord and tenant, copyright, trademark, and appellate issues. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and the District of Columbia.
