Mr. Krinzman has represented financial institutions and real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, development, and leasing of office buildings, apartment complexes, hotels, shopping centers, warehouses and mixed-use properties.
He has significant experience in the preparation of construction loan documents for commercial and residential properties, including condominium, shopping center and warehouse projects, and has represented clients in enhancement financings, leveraged buy-out financings, complex debt restructures and real estate loan workouts. |

He represents several community banks whose customers require ongoing personal service, and served as outside general counsel to a local bank from 1978 through 1998 when the bank was sold.
Active in the community, Mr. Krinzman serves as a Director of the Dade County Youth Fair and member of its Executive Board, and was chairman from 2003 through 2005. He served as a citizen member of the South Florida Regional Planning Council and as Vice-Chairman from 1992 through 2000. He served as Chairman of The Friends WLRN Public TV and radio stations for three and one-half years and was a Board member from 1993 through 2001. He was the only citizen member of the Metropolitan Dade County Planning Organization (MPO) which is responsible for the funding of all countrywide transportation projects, from 1996 through 2001.
As part of his community involvement, Mr. Krinzman now serves as the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
Richard N. Krinzman received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1969 and his law degree in 1972 from the University of Miami. His practice concentrates on transactional matters in the areas of real property, banking, commercial law, and complex commercial real estate transactions and loan documentation.
Mr. Krinzman is a member of the Miami-Dade County and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association.
