Mindy C. Funk is an associate in the Ft. Lauderdale office. She has over twenty years of experience in the areas of real estate transactions, civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy, probate and guardianship. Her real estate experience includes real estate title litigation, commercial and residential closings, and mortgage foreclosures. Her litigation practice has been in both state and federal courts, including appellate courts.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1979 and her law degree from The National Law Center, George Washington University in 1982. |
